While we are still a few days from the actual day, we are close enough to the new year that I am already thinking about it. In today's video I am talking about the benefits of goal setting, versus making New Year's resoulutions.

Hi everyone! Merry Christmas to you and yours. While we are still a few days away from Christmas Day, I thought this would be a good time to share a video with you all. In today's video, my brother and I have a latte art competition to determine which of us is better at making holiday inspired lattes.

At the end of October, I ran a marathon in Fort Collins, Colorado. It was one of the most physically challenging events I have ever undertaken. Even so, running the marathon was fun. I enjoyed pushing my physical limits, and accomplishing something that seemed impossible.

There are thousands of people running marathons every year, and I've seen videos of many people exclaiming how excited they were to finish. This year I was one of those people, and here is my video about the experience:
