Mardi Gras is nearly here! As part of an annual celebration, Manitou Springs hosts the Mumbo Jumbo Gumbo Cooking competition. This year I helped my friend Eric entered the amateur division as a cook, and invited me and our friend John to help him out. It was a blast, and the food smelled delicious.
